*blank look on face*

I dont know what ot think abotu this. Its reminiscent of Johnny Rocketfingers except less options. You need to make it better known that you can click on things. Maybe make an inventory instead of just picking stuff up. Like with the guards with guns. I didn't know what to do to them until i finally just clicked on them. So directions would be good.

And it is just a demo, not very long. Its more like a "press button and go to next part" game. Except that the buttons are blatenly obvious. Some of the things, like the gutter pipe don't stand out enough. I thought it was part fo the building. So maybe have the grabable items highlight when you hover the mouse over them, that would make things a bit less confusing.

Lots of Potential.

I see lots of potential in this. I play drums myself and i thought this was pretty cool. Its hard to play with your fingers though. Its hard to play even the easiest of beats, but i guess it just takes practice. The one thing i didn't like was the fact that it was hard to play fast. It seems no matter how fast i clicked on the keys i couldn't get the hi-hat to go faster.

I hope you make another one of these with some improvements and more things to do, like, more songs to play with or a metronome would be good. Also maybe a staff that shows you some simple beats to try out. As you can see i gave you a 10 in style. That's because i've not seen anything like this attempted before. Your idea is orignal.

So keep it up and i won't to see a new better version. =)

Good for 30K

It seems that you got this idea from the movie by Gel entitled "99K". I'll have to admit that there is a lot of stuff for just 29.5 K worth of game. Its fun and addicting. But i still would like to see Tor: Smashmaster Level 2=)

Good but had drawbacks.....

...what i mean is, its a great game. Its know for a fact how much work went into it. I know you put lots of time and effort into it. The only real drawbacks are the difficulty(i may just be bad=P) and the lag. I even dropped all the processor intensive options and put it on LOW quality and it still lagged a lot. I even have a decent machine(1.4GHz processor). I know you know this, and i know it would take a lot to fix it in this game but for next time, try and optimize a bit more. TutiTV gave great advice in his review and i hope you take it next time.

For a game, graphics aren't everything, the gameplay is. So that should come first. Don't let your gameplay take a hit just for the graphics, its not worth it.

So, to speak of the other aspects, they were all great. The graphics of course were excellent and the sound quality was good. I especially loved all the options you gave for this game, like the custom control(you're supposed to tell me how you did that=P) and the memory options, just to name a few.

So, in conclusion, good game, could have been better. So i will just wish you luck next time. This has probably been a great learning experience so i'm sure your next game will be loads better. Practice makes perfect and that's where you're headed.

1.4 isn't great, lol. Mine's 2.1. Ah well.
Yeah, I know gameplay is paramount, but I wanted this to be a graphical masterpiece, like what Squaresoft was setting out for with the original Parasite Eve (gameplay turned out great regardless).
Next time I'll let gameplay have top priority tho. I'm getting a lot of low ratings because of lag.
A very mixed review. I think you'd really like it if you played it on a nice machine.
PS- I WILL now tell you how to do custom config. ;)

A little hard, but still fun

Good work. I like it and would definately love to see more. It was challenging but maybe a little too challenging. The guys were kinda hard to hit, since they were stick guys(thin) but the hardest was the guy that rolls, it seemed nearly impossible to hit him. Maybe, i'll go play some more to get a better feel for it.

Anyways, there was only one problem i saw with it. When you would first enter the game, before anyone shot, it would show a bullet hole on the bottom center of the screen, although, nobody was there to shoot it. Just a little thing, not too big. I saw no major mistakes in it. you did a very fine job scripting it and debugging it.

I would definately like to see more levels and maybe some color(?), unless the no color is your style. But other than that, very good job.

Game?

I don't really consider this much of a game. is there anyway to not win? all it is is click a button, go on to next mission. the points seem irrelevant seeing how there is no way to not beat the mission. next time if you're going to try to make a game, make an actual game. that was just a pointless movie in my eyes. But at least all of your buttons worked good which is more than i can say about some movies.
The graphics were decent and the sound was okay but the button noises and shooting noises were a bit annoying. the gun shots were not even gun shots. try seaching flash kit for sounds, you'd be suprised at what you can find. Your style was just...blah. It didn't have much style. I didn't find it that humorous at all.
So i give you an A for effort. That's about all i have to say. Good luck next time.

Repeated questions

i'm a seinfeld fan. i loved some of the questions. you picked good ones. but there is one problem. since the questions are random, i got a lot of questions more than once. i got the one about puddy and his high fives about 6 times. is there any way you can fix that problem. that is the only thing i see wrong with this quiz. great job, can't wait to see more.

already seen that one

i've seen that done on tv one time. so i knew what it was but i played along anyway and it didn't work. so either way.

#1 RPG-style flash game ever

i'm a big fan of RPGs and this is the best there has ever been on NG. and it only the demo and its beating the pants off of every other flash on NG. Amazing

fun and addicting

this game is really fun and its really challenging especially with all the hills. but i did get frustrated when you can't go full power because you're mouse runs off the flash screen. other than that, good job

I'm feeling fat and sassy.
